Eudaimonic Living is a fortnight newsletter that brings you relevant research, stories, ideas and other inspiring resources to help you live a flourishing life.
The term 'human flourishing' may be a reasonable modern equivalent to Aristotle's eudaimonia (made up of the words ‘eu’ (‘good’) and ‘daimōn’ (‘spirit’ or ‘divinity’). Eudaimonic living is about acting in both personal and professional domains with authenticity and “self-conscious sense of what matters over time”.
Eudaimonia or flourishing is not a goal to achieve, but rather a way of life, a never-ending pursuit. Thus, the name of this newsletter is not Eudaimonic Life, but Living as a process that lasts for as long as we are here.
This newsletter is a way for me to share what I am reading, learning, watching, processing and reflecting upon in various domains. It is structured to address the wholeness of human nature, including the mind, heart and soul, as well as our connection to the larger existence, including other people.
More specifically, I will be sharing something from the scientific research, psychology, spirituality, music/podcasts I am listening to, my personal reflections, a practical exercise, and something I find beautiful.
My name is Nika Dulevich, and I am a human flourishing researcher and practitioner, wellbeing economy advocate, communicator, photographer, and explorer at large. My current goal is to contribute to human wellbeing through education and therapeutic practice, research and communication, value-based business development, and personal practices and advocacy. I am relentlessly curious about metaphysics, consciousness, human potential and aesthetics.
I love the ocean and spending time in nature, and I am now looking for a place I can call home.
Subscribe to the biweekly newsletter to add a little more flourishing & goodness into your life.
